If you are a genuine math nerd, you’ll be happy to hear that Pi Day actually falls on a Friday in 2025. You could serve pies instead of cake! Friday, March 14h also has a full moon. How fun would mini pies for a hostess gift be or Pi cookie cutters! The first day of Spring is Thursday, March 20th. Other “cute” dates are Friday, March 14th or 3.14.25 and Tuesday, March 25th or 3.25.25.
APRIL
Spring is in full force in April and a time when weddings are kicking off the year. With lush greenery all around, you can let the beauty of the outdoors guide your wedding decor. May
May is a beautiful month for outdoor ceremonies where the natural surroundings really do all the talking. Not a bad date the whole month of May – it’s one of our fav months for a spring wedding. . Full moon will be on Monday, May 12th.
Sunday, May 25th – 5.25.25 for those of you who are all about the numbers. Such a unique date for love that will stand the test of time.
Saturday, May 31st – Memorial Day Weekend marks the unofficial start to summer, offering vibrant weather and stunning outdoor settings for your vows. Imagine blooming flowers and tons of green space all around! Memorial Day weekend provides ample time to spend with family and friends as most will have Monday off from work.
June
Summer Weddings embrace the vibrant colors of spring combined with the warm tones of summer. Think different shades of terracotta, including pink, peach, sage green, and dusty blue are very popular during this month. Holidays are Father’s Day on Sunday, June 15th, Juneteenth is Thursday, June 19th, and the official start of summer is on Friday, June 20th. September can start to see a bit of a cool down later in the month in Nashville. I fully believe the last two weekends in September are prime dates for an outdoor wedding in TN. International Chocolate Day is Tuesday, September 13th, Labor Day is Monday, September 1st, and the first day of fall is Monday, September 22nd. Full moon is Sunday, September 7th and you already know, Thursday, September 25th – 9.25.25
October
Fall festive is the name of the game in October. Go all out with orange, yellow, and red tones in your wedding color palette. October 2025 will have the presence of a supermoon.
