Do Not Choose a Nashville Wedding Venue until…

you’ve seen all the venues you want to see.

So you’re newly engaged and needing to tour Nashville wedding venues? Do not choose a venue until you do this:

  • You’ve Set a Budget: Know how much you can spend. This will help you narrow down options and avoid overspending. Here at L&L Farm, the price will not change due to your budget, guest count, etc.
  • You’ve Started Your Guest List: Estimate the number of guests to ensure the venue can accommodate everyone comfortably. Guest count can greatly impact your budget when it comes to catering, bar, and rentals for more guests.
  • You’ve Decided on a Date or Season: Some venues are highly sought after during peak seasons, so your date might affect availability and pricing. Pricing at L&L Farm does not change during busy season or highly sought after dates.
  • You’ve Considered Your Wedding Style: Make sure the venue matches your vision, whether it’s rustic, modern, elegant, or something else. L&L Farm is more than not, referred to as modern rustic with high end lighting (RH) concrete bar tops, and modern decor.
  • You’ve Checked the Venue’s Policies: Look into things like catering options, decor restrictions, and if they have a preferred vendor list.
  • You’ve Visited the Venue in Person: Photos and descriptions online are helpful, but visiting will give you a better feel for the space and its ambiance. Most couples who tour at L&L Farm will say, “your venue is more beautiful in person than it is in photos!”
  • You’ve Reviewed the Contract: Understand all the terms before signing anything, including all policies and what’s included in the package. Understanding the terms will help to offset unmet expectations.

This approach will help you choose a venue that fits both your vision and practical needs!

I leave you with my personal thoughts….

If a venue is pressuring you to sign, it’s because they do not want you to fall in love with the NEXT place. Do not fall for it! It is YOUR Wedding and your process. You should absolutely see every place that speaks to your heart and interest. Recently we had a couple tour and fell in love with L&L Farm. A family member urged them to look at more than one venue. So they did. They still chose L&L Farm because looking at other venues just helped them to confirm what they knew in their heart – that L&L Farm was their dream wedding venue.

Most couples mention that we are the first venue that they have toured – probably because we respond quickly and set an appointment that suits your schedule. At L&L Farm, we never pressure you to sign. It is so important to us that you love your venue choice. We always hear, “it is even better in person” and I love that compliment. Most of our photos are professional – with some iPhone photos showing real time looks and video. Bottom line… I do not want you to choose L&L Farm because I am a stronger salesperson. I want you to choose us because you cannot imagine your dream wedding anywhere else.

Contact us to book an appointment to come out and view the property including a separate farmhouse for the bridal suite, barn venue with a groom suite, and all the ceremony options and photography spots!
