Covid-19 Guidelines at L&L Farm Weddings & Events
Code of Conduct and Procedures
By entering the property, each guest agrees that L&L Farm, LLC will be held harmless with respect to any liability arising out of, or relating to, use of L&L Farm venue or service except as to that caused by gross negligence or intentional acts.
Maintaining a safe and clean area for our guests is our highest priority. We have taken precautions and recommended guidance from state/local health officials that will help all of us to safely celebrate together. For example, we have installed 2 clearly marked sanitizer stations within the barn and are available to guests during the event. L&L Farm staff will be on-site to sanitize high touch areas during the event, follows CDC guidelines for disinfecting, and will replenish sanitizer as necessary. Fresh air is readily available as we have huge sliding barn doors, two garage doors, and open entry points to allow for increased air flow including the two “Big Ass” Fans upstairs. This helps create a larger indoor/outdoor space for guests to freely spread out.
What to expect when arriving at L&L Farm
At this time, we do not have mandatory health screenings for guests. Couples have the option to hire those who can perform a health screening and whether to require guests to wear masks for their event. Staff and vendors hired to work events at L&L Farm will be asked to check-in to perform a temperature screening, health assessment and fill out appropriate paperwork. Staff and vendors are required to wear masks, and those serving food, drinks, or ice will be required to wear gloves. No self-serve buffets, beverage stations, dessert bars, donut walls, etc. All food and beverage must be served by catering or bar staff. Signs will be posted related to health and safety during the pandemic.

Make sure you can breathe easily. Children under the age of 12, or anyone who has trouble breathing, or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance, should not use a face covering.
Creative ideas couples can request or implement
Provide red, yellow, and green wristbands to your guests. This makes it simple to communicate their level of comfort for social distancing. Seating arrangements can be customized to your guests level of comfort based on the following colors:
- Red: Please stay 6 feet away and do not touch me
- Yellow: I would love to interact – please stay out of my personal space
- Green: I fear nothing, but let’s trade smiles for hugs
Utilize the DJ or a band member to make announcements relating to social distancing.
At the end of the day, everyone needs to assess their own risk tolerance and make the decision that is best for themselves when it comes to attending a wedding or any other gathering. We promise to continue to keep a watchful eye on all federal, state, and local health advisories to determine the safest course of action for everyone who enters our venue and keep our couples updated of any changes.
Stay healthy and safe!
